Aconcagua Gear Thoughts – Your Recommendations?

We have begun doing some initial prep for Aconcagua. Most likely Polish Traverse route in late December/Early January. There are a variety of gear lists out there – wondering if anyone who has been there before has any thoughts? If so, please post them in the comments.
